The problem with dust when handling dust particles from a rotary kiln when processing charmotte has been solved by AWELD by supplying a line which ensures the mixing of dust particles with water and its subsequent granulation. The line contains dosing screw conveyors, a two-shaft mixer with a granulation screen and a conveyor for loading granulate onto trucks. AWELD supplied the line including the control system. The line has had a significant impact on improving the environment around the plant.
