PRE-DIES AND DIES

Pre-dies with adjustable brakes are a very good helper for adjustment of displacement inside the die. When used, it saves a lot of time during adjusting of the die – it is performed in full operation by adjusting of brake segments in the pre-die. The adjusting is carried out outside the pre-die and therefore the dismantling of the form is not necessary. AWELD has extensive experience with production of pre-dies with adjustable brakes as for both the construction and used materials. Pre-dies can be made with inner surface hardfacing.

Dies for brick production

AWELD designs and produces dies for brick production. They use different methods and various surface treatment to reach the best price-quality ratio.The most common method to reach effective wear protection is either chrome plating of working surfaces or the use of ceramic materials and slintered carbide. The protection can be also ensured by heat treatment – hardening. AWELD also can supply dies for all kinds of brick products – starting from small brick dimensions to large-sized thermoblocks and finishing with special shapes.
