WET PAN MILLS AND ROLLER MILLS

Using the latest technology, AWELD produces pan mill grids and feeder screens from high durable and wear-resistant materials, such as Hardox, Dilidur, Creusaubro and others. The used technology is a plasma-cutting generator with the water table – the holes are cut into the plate under the water and therefore there is no degradation of the material properties. The grid and screen holes have the convenient geometry, which enhances the efficiency of machines – mills, mixers and etc.

AWELD is able to produce grids and screens for all types of common pan mills and screen feeders. The thickness of plate ranges from 5 mm to 45 mm.. Wet pan mills and roller mills are both equipped with scrapers with wear-resistant hardfacing. Scrapers of wet pan mills have chrome carbide and tungsten carbide hardfacing. In close cooperation with their business partners, they also supply pan mill rings and roller shells made from various materials and different hardness for both types of mills.
