Screen Feeders

AWELD supplies all wearing parts of screen feeders, which are made from highly wearresistant materials (Hardox, Dilidur, Creusaubro etc) using the latest technology – see the chapter Wet pan mills and Roller mills. Holes of the screens can be of any sizes and have the convenient geometry, which enhances the efficiency of feeders. Feeders can be produced from plate with wear-resistant hardfacing to prolong the operation life of machines. The thickness of plate ranges from 5 to 25 mm.

AWELD produces and renovates rabble and scraping arms of screen feeders. Rabble and scraping arms are made from steel with wear-resistant hardfacing. The hardfacing is combination of several materials, mainly chrome carbide and tungsten carbide. Linings of the arms are made either from steel with wear-resistant hardfacing or from chrome cast iron. Futhermore, AWELD supplies other screen feeder parts, such as floor linings, collective plate linings as well as parts for gear-boxes.
