RECONSTRUCTIONS AND OVERHAULS

AWELD has extensive experience with reconstructions and overhauls of machines for brick and ceramic industry. They reach great results especially in reconstructions of extruders. Based on customers´ requirements, they prepare their own design, suggest the procedure of reconstruction, carry out the production and assembly of parts, and finally they put the machine back into operation. Reconstructed machines reach better performance, better displacements or produce more demanding products with much lower costs than is spent on the purchase of a completely new device of the same performance. The company has already performed dozens of reconstructions and overhauls, always with the stress on the price-quality ratio. The overhauls are usually performed in the AWELD workshops, but it is possible to perform more extensive overhauls right on the customers´ premises. The company employs a team of highly experienced and trained specialists-fitters.
