CIRCULAR SCREEN FEEDER APM
Technical solution:
The frame of the machine including the baseplate is made as the weldment. The body with the screens is equipped with the door for every particlur screen, which can be open from the outer part of the machine. This easy access enables the opening, cleaning or the exchange of screens without entering the inner part of the machine. The feeder screens are made from the wear plate Hardox 450. The holes in the screens are cut by plazma cutting machine under water. This way of production ensures the conic shape of holes as well as a good throughput of the material. Moreover, this technical solution guarantees that the material of screens – Hardox 450 is not influeced by temperature and its wear resistant properties are maintanined without any change. The bottom is made from the exchangeable plates, which are made from the wear plate Hardox 450.
The rabble and scraping arms are made as the weldment with the wear resistant hardfacing, which is also used on the lining of the arms. We have great expericence with CrC and tungsten carbide materials, which both assure a great protection against the abrasion. The barrel is equipped with knives, which can be fitted with the steam system.
The main shaft with the arms is driven by the AC motor via the planetary gear-box. The collecting plate is driven by the self-contained AC motor with the gear. The oiling is managed with the oil system equipped with the self-cointained pump.
