Machines for brick and ceramic industry
BRICK EXTRUDER AWL
Technical solution:
The frame of the machine including the baseplate of the gear-box is made as the weldment from steel plate. The augers are also welded from steel and fitted with the wear resistant hardfacing AWELD Standard, respectively AWELD Light. The auger is designed using all experience of the company with the reconstructions and modifications of the brick extruders for the production of bricks and thermoblocks. The extruder lining is produced from steel plate with welded stripes, the extruding barrel is fitted with spiral stripes. All stripes are wear resistant.
The feeding of the raw material into the auger is managed with the pair of feed shafts, which are overhung and have their own self-contained drives. This position of the shafts improves the vacuum tightness and lowers the possibility of the of the sucking of the air around the bearings, which can possibly deteriorate the vacuum.
The extruder is driven by the AC motor via the planetary gear-box. The oiling is managed with the oil system equipped with the self-cointained pump.
