Technical solution:
The roller crusher is used for the coarse crushing of harder brick materials and clays into the grain size of approx. 100 x 50 x 30 mm.
The raw material is crushed between two shafts equipped with the crushing disks made from steel plate. The working surface of disks is hardened with the wear protection with the hardfacing from materials containing CrC and tungsten carbide. The feeding of material into the working rollers is managed with the feeding shaft equipped with paddles with the wear resistant hadrfacing. The shaft is fixed above the rollers. The body of the crusher including the shaft support and gear-boxes is made as the weldment from steel plate.
The crusher shafts support is in the roller bearings. The distance between shafts is mechanically adjustable using the motion screws. Each shaft is driven by the self-contained AC motor via the self-contained planetary gear-box. The rotations of the particular shafts are different. The feeding shaft can be also driven by the self-contained AC motor via the self-contained planetary gear-box, on request can be provided with the mechanical spur gear-box. The oiling is managed with the oil system equipped with the self-cointained pump.
