AWELD has developed their own wear protection method called AWELD Ceram based on the use of ceramic plates. This method can boast several significant advantages in comparison with the other common ways and methods. The advantages are namely high durability, precision and noncorrosive materials.
This way of protection can be used in the brick industry as well as in the production of technical ceramics (electrical insulators, rollers for roller kilns), and in all places with highly abrasive materials, which endure extreme abrasion. The method AWELD Ceram can be also applied for extruder chamber linings, conical naves and similar parts.
